Our vocational training programs are a unique in-house approach to closing the skills gap for our manager and technical level project employees.
On every project, Double Kingdom provides meaningful jobs to in-country personnel, enhancing those employee’s technical skills through hands-on vocational training courses.
Our vocational training programs are also provided to our Energy tenant companies and their sub-contractors.
All training programs lead to internationally accredited qualifications and are conducted on-the-project, the training coming to the site using the project as the active learning tool.
Through our training partnerships with City & Guilds and ILM of the UK, Double Kingdom is one of few investors and developers offering this level of commitment to our employees and our tenants.
